Yes. Stanzera fits any hospitality property — hotels, guesthouses, bed & breakfasts, glamping sites, chalets, campsites, holiday-apartment blocks, and short-term rentals. If you take bookings, assign rooms or pitches, coordinate cleaning, and track payments, it works the same way. The per-property pricing (from €20) and the all-in-one feature set were built for the way these places actually run — powerful, without enterprise overhead.

Per property — and you pick a tier for each (Starter €20, Pro €65, or Complete €85). One property could run on Starter while another runs Complete; each is billed separately on its own tier. Every property gets its own currency, staff list, and branding — but one owner login spans all of them. No per-room math, no per-seat licenses, no overage fees.

Everything lives in the EU. The database is hosted on Neon in Frankfurt, photos and uploads are in Vercel Blob (also Frankfurt), and transactional email runs through Resend in Ireland. We're GDPR-native: built around it from day one, not bolted on after the fact. We don't sell your data to anyone, we don't ship it to US servers, and we don't embed third-party trackers on this site or in the app.

Yes — your data is yours. Under GDPR Article 20 you have the right to a full export, and we honour that without argument: email us and you'll get a clean export of your bookings, guests, rooms, staff, payments and audit log within 30 days, free of charge, in a standard machine-readable format. There is no contract clause, hidden fee, or “data lock-in” tier that prevents this.

Yes — two-way, per room, via the OTA-standard iCal protocol. Paste your room's feed URL from Booking.com's extranet (or Airbnb's calendar import settings) into Stanzera's integrations page; their reservations land in your /manage/bookings list with a source badge. The reverse feed (Stanzera → OTA) blocks the right dates on their side so a direct booking never gets double-booked. No channel-manager middleware needed, no monthly fees beyond your €20. Direct Booking.com Connectivity API integration is on the roadmap for after launch.

Yes — an Android app, built on Capacitor. Biometric unlock (fingerprint / face) via the Android Keystore, push notifications for issue assignments and new direct messages, a camera bridge for issue photos and check-in IDs, and an offline mutation queue so housekeepers can keep marking tasks done in basement floors with no signal. The web app at app.stanzera.com works in any modern browser if you prefer not to install. iOS app is in development.

Ten in the product: English, German, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew, French and Greek. The whole app is translated — including the predefined cleaning tasks, linen items and issue types — so every member of your team works in their own language. This marketing website is available in five: English, Romanian, Hungarian, Hebrew and Greek. We add more product languages on request when there's real demand.

Sign up in a couple of minutes and your workspace is ready right away — create your organisation, add properties and rooms, and import your existing booking and guest data, all inside the app, with no separate setup or onboarding fee on any plan. Early-access hotels run free until subscriptions launch in the coming months. When billing opens, the standard subscription is month-to-month — no annual contract, no termination fee. Cancel anytime; your data remains exportable for 30 days afterwards (and longer on request).
