The problem
Running a hotel shouldn't feel like firefighting.
Hotels and hospitality properties lose hours every week to tools that weren't built for them — and bills that scale with every room they add. Stanzera replaces the patchwork with one calm surface, at one flat price.
!
Five tools, four passwords, three spreadsheets
The PMS handles bookings, a separate app tracks payments, the team lives in WhatsApp, and the cleaning schedule is on a printed sheet. Nothing talks to anything else.
!
Software priced per room — punishing growth
Every room you add costs more every month. A 30-room hotel pays for 30 seats it doesn't actually use. The bill scales with the building, not with the value.
!
Issues that vanish before they're fixed
A broken kettle reported on a Tuesday becomes a guest complaint on Friday. The note got lost somewhere between staff handover and the maintenance log.
Why Stanzera
Built different. On purpose.
Three structural decisions that change the math for a hotel. None of them are tricks — just the right defaults.
01
Flat. Per property. Period.
€20 a month per property, up to 50 rooms each. No per-room math, no per-seat licenses, no overage fees, no asterisks. A single hotel pays €20; a three-property chain pays €60. Plan your tech budget for the year on the back of a napkin.
02
All of it. In one place.
Bookings, cleaning, payments, issues, maintenance, multi-property, multi-currency, OTA channel sync with Booking.com and Airbnb, reports with CSV export, online guest check-in. The four or five tools your hotel runs on today, on one screen, with one login, behind one bill. The spreadsheets retire.
03
Built for every role on the team.
Owners see the whole estate. Managers run the day. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance — each gets a tailored view, on their phone, in their own language. English, German, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Hebrew — eight languages, the whole product translated, not just the marketing.
Features
Everything a hotel runs on. Nothing it doesn't.
Bookings & guest profiles
Track every reservation, every guest, every special request — in one place. Walk-ins, repeat bookers, multi-guest stays. VIP badges, tags, lifetime stats. The front desk works the way you do.
Live rooms board
Every room, every status, every property — visible at a glance. Occupancy, arrivals, and cleaning status on one screen, refreshed as your team works.
Every role, in their own language
Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, management — every role on your team gets the surface they need, in their own language. Eight supported today.
Payments & invoices
Log payments, send receipts, track who owes what. Multi-currency aware with exchange-rate snapshots, so a guest can pay in USD on a EUR property without breaking the reconciliation.
Issues that close the loop
Report a broken kettle in three taps with a photo. Track it from raised → assigned → resolved. Threaded comments and manager-to-housekeeper notes keep coordination in one place.
Channel sync that just works
Two-way iCal with Booking.com, Airbnb, and any other major OTA. Per room, no channel-manager middleware. Source badge on every imported booking; double-booking attempts raise an issue instead of silently overwriting.
Reports that explain the week
Revenue & occupancy, operations (with on-time cleaning rate + repetitive-issues per room), inventory below par — all with URL-state date pickers and CSV export per tab. Stop building spreadsheets from scratch every Monday.
Multi-property, one tap away
Run two properties or twenty. Owners switch with one tap. Managers can be assigned across multiple sites at once. One login, one inbox of work.
Pricing
Yes. €20. Per property.
Not a discount. Not a starter tier. Not a teaser. The whole product for every property up to 50 rooms — at one fair flat price. Multiple properties? Each one is its own €20.
Larger individual properties get a custom tier with the same flat-rate philosophy. (Multi-property chains stay on €20 per property at any number of sites.)
FAQ
Asked & answered.
The questions hotel owners actually ask before signing up. Anything missing? Email us and we'll add it.
How does pricing work if I have multiple properties?
€20 a month, per property. A single hotel is €20/mo. A three-property chain is €60/mo. A ten-property group is €200/mo. Each property gets its own 50-room cap, its own currency, its own staff list, its own branding — but one owner login spans all of them. No per-room math, no per-seat licenses, no overage fees.
What happens if a single property has more than 50 rooms?
The standard subscription covers any property up to 50 rooms. Bigger individual properties get a custom tier with the same flat-rate philosophy — you'll never get punished for growing. Email us and we'll size something fair. (Multi-property chains stay on €20-per-property at any number of sites.)
Where is my data stored? Is Stanzera GDPR-compliant?
Everything lives in the EU. The database is hosted on Neon in Frankfurt, photos and uploads are in Vercel Blob (also Frankfurt), and transactional email runs through Resend in Ireland. We're GDPR-native: built around it from day one, not bolted on after the fact. We don't sell your data to anyone, we don't ship it to US servers, and we don't embed third-party trackers on this site or in the app.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Yes — your data is yours. Under GDPR Article 20 you have the right to a full export, and we honour that without argument: email us and you'll get a clean export of your bookings, guests, rooms, staff, payments and audit log within 30 days, free of charge, in a standard machine-readable format. There is no contract clause, hidden fee, or "data lock-in" tier that prevents this.
Does Stanzera sync with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes — two-way, per room, via the OTA-standard iCal protocol. Paste your room's feed URL from Booking.com's extranet (or Airbnb's calendar import settings) into Stanzera's integrations page; their reservations land in your /manage/bookings list with a source badge. The reverse feed (Stanzera → OTA) blocks the right dates on their side so a direct booking never gets double-booked. No channel-manager middleware needed, no monthly fees beyond your €20. Direct Booking.com Connectivity API integration is on the roadmap for after launch.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — a native Android app, built on Capacitor. Biometric unlock (fingerprint / face) via the Android Keystore, push notifications for issue assignments and new direct messages, native camera bridge for issue photos and check-in IDs, and an offline mutation queue so housekeepers can keep marking tasks done in basement floors with no signal. The web app at app.stanzera.com works in any modern browser if you prefer not to install. iOS app is in development.
Which languages does Stanzera support today?
Eight: English, German, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Hebrew. The whole product is translated — not just the marketing site — so every member of your team uses Stanzera in their own language, including the predefined cleaning tasks, linen items and issue types. New languages get added on request when there's a real need.
How does onboarding work during early access?
Hands-on. While we're early-access, we set up your organisation, your first property, and your room list for you — usually within a few days of you reaching out. We'll also help import existing booking and guest data if you have any. Once we open public signup later this year, self-serve onboarding becomes the standard path; early-access hotels keep their accounts unchanged.
When does billing start? Is there a contract?
Early-access hotels run free until subscriptions launch later in 2026. When billing opens, the standard subscription is month-to-month — no annual contract, no setup fee, no termination fee. Cancel anytime; your data remains exportable for 30 days afterwards (and longer on request).
Run your hotel from one screen. Starting this week.
Tell us about your hotel. We onboard you ourselves, set up your property, and walk you through it directly. Most hotels are using Stanzera within a few days of reaching out.
